Dr. Maghsoodi–Zahedi was born in Tehran, Iran.  Her education includes BA in English translation from Iran, BS in Biology from UTSA, Doctor of Dental Surgery from UTHSCSA and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from UTHSCSA. She is currently a faculty member at UT Dentistry San Antonio and the chief Maxillofacial Radiologist at 360 imaging. She is a diplomat of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and the first Iranian- American Board certified, oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist. She is passionate about her Iranian heritage.

Mojgan was born in Tehran, Iran and grew up in San Antonio where she graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word. She held multiple executive positions at Macy's and Bloomingdales Inc. in Southern California before moving back to San Antonio and starting a career in real estate with JB Goodwin Realtors in 2016. Roots to her strong ties with the Iranian-American community began with an Iranian TV show she produced and hosted, and the creation of an online Iranian networking group in the late 1990s. She also published a book in 2014 and was an associate producer on a film project in Los Angeles along sides Babak Shokrian and Parviz Sayyad. Her event planning resume is comprised of over 150 events in San Antonio and Southern California. Her motto -life is a journey, not an obstacle.
